Rental agreement

This "Agreement" contains all the terms and conditions applicable to the rental of products from Exit Games through our website escapeboxtimisoara.ro. This "Agreement" represents the electronic contract between the Client and Exit Games. The agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the customer will provide us with information in order to rent one or more games ("Product") and to benefit from ancillary services ("Services") from Exit Games through the website escapeboxtimisoara.ro . By checking "I accept" or "Book" or "Submit order", you agree to our terms and conditions and become a party to this agreement, including the Terms and Conditions for using the site and the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and any changes will apply to the rental of any product after the date of the change. Therefore, please read this Agreement carefully.

General conditions

Products and Services - any product or service mentioned / selected in the order, to be provided by the seller, the customer. Order - an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the seller and the customer through which the customer transmits to the seller, through the site his intention to purchase / rent products and services from the site and to make their payment.

Product presentation

The products available for rent are presented on the site, with all the necessary information. If, however, there are questions, additional requests that are not found on the product page, they can be requested by e-mail at office@escapebox.ro or via Facebook Messenger of Exit Games.

The ordering process

To process the order, press the control button. Click on the game selected from the LIST OF GAMES AVAILABLE FOR RENT and specify the order / pick-up date. Fill in the form with personal data and order / pickup details. After making the payment, the reservation button is pressed and the order becomes valid.

Rental price

The rental price is displayed on the site for each product (game) separately for a period of 24 hours. The prices shown do not include VAT, the supplier is not a VAT payer.

Payment methods

Payment is made by cash or card when picking up the product. For rentals made directly from the office, payment can also be made in cash, cash. A reservation of a product - on the site or in the store - is an order, regardless of the date on which you want to use the product, being necessary to make the payment. Delivery. Pick-ups. The seller does not make deliveries, picking up the ordered product by the customer, at the Exit Games office in Timișoara, Str. Brâncoveanu no. 53, on the date and time agreed upon. The pick-up can be done after booking and paying online for the product on the website www.escapeboxtimisoara.ro. If you want to change the pick-up date or time, please let us know either by email or Facebook Messenger.

Return

The return of the product after use is made by the customer at the Exit Games office in Timișoara, Str. Brâncoveanu no. 53, at the date and time agreed upon, but not later than 24 hours from the date of takeover. For each day of delay, a related rental fee will be charged.

Execution of the contract

The contract is concluded on the date of order confirmation, and the order can be made online at any time, choosing the rental day.

Exceptions

For justified reasons escapeboxtimisoara.ro reserves the right to restrict the access of the customer / user in order to place an order if he manifests inappropriate behavior and language, or has in the history of orders products not picked up and / or returned. Amendments (changes to your booking) The customer has the right to notify in writing (by e-mail to contact@exitgames.ro) the trader that he renounces the rental, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 7 days from placing the order, respectively concluding the contract, the amount paid , to be returned to the customer by bank transfer. The order can be canceled by e-mail at: office@escapebox.ro, mentioning the order data, respectively the bank account to which the supplier remits the money within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Direct and indirect damage

The customer undertakes to use the product in accordance with the indications and indications provided by the seller. Exit Games is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or / or indirect, resulting from or related to our products. The customer assumes responsibility and liability for any damage caused by the use of the products during the rental.

Product use

The customer assumes the obligation to use the product carefully, according to the instructions provided by the seller, both on site and when taking the product, being directly responsible for any loss or destruction caused by theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, or any other cause. , other than normal. If the customer returns a product that is more damaged than normal use, he agrees that any repair costs will be charged to him.

Seller's obligations

Exit Games undertakes to rent the products at the time established in the contract, in optimal condition, with all parts included and in conditions of maximum safety for players.

Notifications and complaints

Any complaint or notification regarding the order of the games will be settled amicably between the supplier and the customer following a complaint submitted to the supplier electronically / e-mail / by the customer.

Vouchers. Promotions

Exit Games can make available to users various promotions, special offers and / or loyalty or gift vouchers. Vouchers can be ordered online, on the website or at the Exit games office, from Brâncoveanu street no. 53, Timișoara and can be used only after paying the value of the respective voucher. The promotions / vouchers present on the site are valid for a certain period of time and within the limit of available stock. The validity of the promotions cannot be extended. Instead, the validity of the vouchers can be extended by 2 weeks, only if the owner expresses this wish in writing, by e-mail at info@panicroom.ro or by phone at 0746 369 057, but not later than 2 days before the expiry of its validity. Vouchers and / or promotions do not cumulate with each other and are not valid for orders / reservations placed prior to the promotion / issuance of vouchers.
